ABOUT THE GRANT

One grant of up to 30,000 euros will be awarded yearly.

Eligible applicants include individuals or teams of any gender and any background.

The grant is distributed in two allotments over the course of one year and supports projects that advance feminist agendas in accordance with the Fondation Centre Pompadour mission.

The Fondation Centre Pompadour is a foundation pursuant to the Austrian Federal Foundations and Funds Act.

It is the grantee's responsibility to deal with tax purposes in their country or within the institution they belong to.

Its socio-political objective is the research, development, and dissemination of feminist ideas, the promotion of comprehensive gender equality in all areas of life, and feminist communication and representation.

FCP's funding is oriented towards projects that contribute to the public interest and the common good. Supported projects are expected to go beyond individual or internal benefit and engage with broader societal contexts, public discourse, or collective reflection.

Projects that aim to raise public awareness, stimulate debate, or foster critical engagement with feminist issues are particularly welcome. This includes, among others, initiatives that address or counteract sexist and/or discriminatory attacks on human dignity, both in physical and digital spaces, and that promote the self-determination of all persons.

The Fondation Centre Pompadour shall be credited in all publicity and communications as the Fondation Centre Pompadour.
